Training Seminar & Short Course Instructor Opportunities

In addition to our conference tracks, CHI programs feature highly interactive, tutorial-style sessions designed to deliver practical, take-home knowledge. These sessions are a valued part of the attendee experience—and an opportunity for subject matter experts to share their expertise with a highly engaged audience.

Short Courses are 2–3 hours and typically take place the day before the main conference or as evening sessions.

Training Seminars run 1 to 1.5 days and are scheduled either pre-conference or alongside the main conference tracks.

We are currently seeking experienced instructors to lead Short Courses and Training Seminars for upcoming events.

Ideal candidates:

  • Have prior teaching or training experience
  • Bring well-developed content, including slides and supporting materials suitable for electronic distribution
  • Can translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights for a broad, cross-functional audience

We encourage proposals that appeal to a wide range of professionals and organizations, ensuring strong relevance and engagement across our diverse conference communities.

If you’re interested in leading a session and shaping the conversation in your field, we invite you to submit a proposal.
